Facebook Custom Tumbler Giveaway Rules

Eligibility:

• Open to legal residents of the United States of America, aged 13 or older.
• Must have an active Facebook account.
• Employees of ArtTumblers.com and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

• Share the official giveaway graphic posted on our Facebook page.
• Each share on Facebook counts as one entry.
• Only public shares are eligible, so we can track them.
• Tag @arttumblers in the post and use the hashtag #arttumblerscontest for the entry to be valid.

Contest Duration:

• The giveaway begins on 10-13-2024 and ends on 0-31-2024 at 11:59 PM.
• Shares made after the deadline will not be counted.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be determined based on the highest number of shares.
• In case of a tie, both will be declared winners and receive a tumbler.
• The winner will be announced on 11-05-2024 on our Facebook page and contacted via direct message.

Prize:

• The prize is a 20 oz. skinny tumbler, and the winner can choose between a custom horse design or our signature ‘Horse Tails’ design.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must respond to the notification within 15 days to claim the prize.
• If the winner does not respond in time, another winner will be chosen.

Disqualification:

• Any participant found using multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities will be disqualified.
• Shares from private accounts that we can’t verify will not be eligible.

Liability:

• ArtTumblers.com is not responsible for any technical issues or delays in entries.
• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless ArtTumblers.com from any liability.

Modifications and Termination:

• ArtTumblers.com reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time.
