Returns
- We accept returns on items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@arttumblers.com.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If the return is due to a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
